Process Description

The first crushing machine we chose the double shaft shredder,
and the second crushing machine we use the hammer crusher, and the third crushing machine we use the high speed turbine grinding machine, which will then separated by the air separator and the electrostatic separator .It has the advantages of unique structure, large output and power saving. Several machines cooperate to work after single loading of materials. Controlled by PLC This machine has good performance in copper recycling and comes with a device to prevent against secondary pollution The copper recycling rate is up to 99% which is the only in china.The waste circuit board is grinded into mixture of metal and resin fiber, followed by being separated with the pneumatic and electrostatic is equipped at the end of pneumatic separating process to effectively solve the problem of dust pollution.

(1). Dismental: The PCB boards needs to be dismantled into base boards and electrical components first, before further recycling. The base boards is mainly made from copper and fiber resins.
(2). Recycle: After dismental, the PCB will be shredded and grinded into small particles. The metal and non-metal materials inside the boards will be separated by the air separator and electrostatic sorting system. It can reach 99% metal recycling rate.
