Step 1: to process waste tire into 50-75mm rubber block by tyre shredder
Step 2: to process rubber block into 10-30mm wire-free rubber mulch, 99% rubber mulch can be separated.
Step 3:to process rubber mulch into 1-5mm rubber granule, and remove nylon fiber from rubber
Step 4:The rubber granule be processed into fine rubber powder 30-120mesh.

Step 1. Double tire shredder
It to designed to shred whole tire into rubber blocks, 50-150mm as request. Can process OTR tire, truck tire, car tire, tractor tire,etc
Disc screening:
the larger rubber blocks will be return back to tire shredder to shred agin, the smaller rubber block will conveyed back to rasper machine
For small capacity tire shredder, use rotary sieve screen is ok.

OTR tire cutting machine:
It designed to cut the giant OTR tire, can process the daimeter up to 4m OTR tire.
HVST double shaft shredder is specially designed for tire chips size separation. The shredded chips from prime shredder will drop on the rotary screen, and small chips will fall on the conveying belt, the big chips will be feed in the shredder for shredding and recycling again. The final chips will be around 50~60mm.

PLC Fully-automatic Production Line
1.Conveyor-Transport the tire to the shredder; 2.Double shaft shredder---Shears the tire into 5-10 cm blocks;
3.Recirculation system---To control the size of shreds going to the raspers;
4.Raspers-Reduce the shreds into 15-20 mm chips and liberates steel from the rubber;
5.Over belt magnet--Separation of liberated steel from the rubber chips;
6.Vibratory feeder--Transports the rubber chips;
7.Granulator--Size reduction of the chips to 1-4 mm granules and liberates the textile fraction to air flow separation.
8.Vibratory screen-Sorts the granules by size and removes the majority of textile;
9.Classifer-Removal of remaining textile; Drum magnet-Removal of remaining steel fines;
10.Central de-dusting unit--Remove dust and fines from the system and filter the air before returning it to the atmosphere.

3. Granulator
It is designed to process the rubber mulch into 1-6mm rubber granule, and separate the nylon fiber.
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule.
