Four Shaft Shredder

The four shart shredder is mainly composed of 4 sets of shredding blades, a carrying box, a box bracket, a feeding system, a power system, and an electrical control system. It is mainly used to shred waste materials such as metal barrels, refrigerators, rubber, plastics, and tires.

The four-shaft shredder uses four sets of blade shafts to work together, greatly improving the crushing efficiency through multiple forces such as shearing, tearing and squeezing. Its unique four-shaft structure and blade tooth shape, the two rotors at the bottom are responsible for the main crushing, and the two rotors at the top are responsible for auxiliary crushing and grabbing, reducing the ineffective grabbing, reversing and idling time, and is particularly suitable for processing high-hardness or large-volume materials.

It uses two sets of independent knife shafts (four shafts in total) to greatly improve the crushing efficiency through staggered shearing and tearing effects.
