The frist step is use tire shredder to shred whole tire into rubber blocks
The second step is use rasper machine to continue process rubber blocks into 10-30mm rubber mulch, and separate the wire steel in this step.
The third step is use granualtor to process rubber mulch into 1-6mm rubber granule, and separate the nylon
The last step is use milling machine to process rubber granule into fine rubber powder.
