Raw Material and Application

Specification
The working principle of the wood pellet machine is mainly based on physical extrusion. Inside the machine, crushed crops (such as wood chips) are placed into a huge cylinder with perforated rollers installed inside. As the outer cylinder rotates, the inner roller applies pressure, compressing the wood fibers to about a quarter of their original volume. Through the circular holes, the compressed wood fibers are extruded and cut into lengths of about three centimeters by a blade during the extrusion process.
Production Line
1:The first is the raw material storage yard. The raw material of biomass wood pellet fuel is mainly sawdust. In order to ensure and continue production, it is necessary to ensure the raw material demand for at least 15 days of production.
2:Second drying, bio-wood pellet fuel has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. After the raw materials are screened, they are transported to the drum dryer through a conveyor for drying by hot air.
3:The third step is pelletizing: the bio-wood pellet fuel molding machine is the key equipment of the production line. This equipment can be used with different raw materials such as sawdust, corn straw, bean straw, cotton straw and peanut shells. The density of the processed wood pellets can reach 1.0-1.3 tons/cubic meter.
4:The fourth step is cooling. The temperature of the discharged bio-wood pellet fuel is as high as 80~90°C. The structure is relatively loose and easy to break. It must go through a counter-flow cooling system. After cooling to normal temperature, it can be bagged and stored or sent via belt conveyor and elevator. Enter the silo.
5:The last step is screening. The cooled bio-wood pellet fuel is screened using a vibrating screen. It needs to be screened to screen out the debris to ensure the factory quality of bio-wood pellet fuel.
