The tire shredder machine is designed to be low speed, high torgue operation minimize the noise and power consumption with high throughput rates. The shredder blades are made from best quality steel and heat treated by Bodycote to acheive the best shredding performance. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on feeding material , output size and final product. The capacity of one Shredder machine is 1t-30t per hour while outputing 50-150mm chips.
