Details of equipments in tire reccyling line:
Tire shredder: to shred the whole tire into rubber blocks. we have different models with different capacity and output size.
Rasper: to remove the steel in the tire. and shred the rubber blocks into 10-30mm rubber mulch.
Granulator: can process the rubber mulch into 1-6mm rubber granules without any steel and fiber, you can adjust the the shredding screen for precise sizing control and flexibility for output sizes.
